Description
Bethesda United Methodist Preschool and Kindergarten has served Lawrenceville and the surrounding area for 40 years.
Our curriculum was created specifically for preschoolers and utilizes hands-on, child-centered activities designed to develop skills appropriate to each stage of early childhood development. Small class size ensures individualized instruction so that each child can learn and grow at their own pace.
Our half-day kindergarten program offers a thorough curriculum following the Gwinnett County AKS (Academic Knowledge and Skills). All content areas meet state requirements so that our kindergarten graduates are fully prepared to enter any public or private first grade.
Special activities such as Music and Movement, visits to our Media Center, and Chapel are enjoyed by all classes each week to provide additional educational experiences and enrichment.
Hours of work
Monday - Friday 9:15 to 12:30 for Preschool
Monday - Friday 8:45 to 12:30 for Kindergarten
("Lunch Bunch" available until 2:00 for an additional fee)
Our School year begins the week after Labor Day and runs through mid-May.
